The firm’s lawyers assist companies and corporations from around the world in all aspects of compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national data protection laws in European countries.
As the appointed representative in the European Union according to the GDPR (for non-European companies) and as the external European data protection officer (for clients in the EU), the activeMind.legal experts actively contribute to better data protection in Europe. This benefits both companies and consumers alike.

Munich
The activeMind offices are located in a cosy city villa, just a few minutes from Münchner Freiheit. Shops for everything your heart desires and a delicious lunch are just a stone’s throw away. You can reach the English Garden on foot in a few minutes as well. During the summer, there are a lot of barbecues in the garden behind the office villa.
You can expect a workplace with a modern technical infrastructure. Our Munich office is (almost) completely paperless, and all processes are supported by an optimised, highly secure IT infrastructure (including cloud solutions). We exemplify the technical wishes of our customers and show that security does not have to be at the expense of innovative technology.
The office spaces are individually designed: a lot of green, lots of light, beautiful eye-catchers and pictures, parquet, great furniture as well as a proper coffee and a cosy kitchen for good conversations.
We are very easy to reach by public transport, and free parking is available on the property.

The activeMind offices in Berlin are centrally located and easily accessible at Kurfürstendamm. Bright, spacious rooms with high ceilings await you in a lavishly refurbished turn-of-the-century building. The modern office was designed and furnished according to business Feng Shui, which creates a pleasant working atmosphere.
A fully equipped team kitchen, a posh conference room and a staff meeting area with comfortable sofas complete our holistic office concept.

Currently, activeMind.legal is still building up its London location. Until the new office is completed, our team will be working flexibly in the Waterhouse Square Office Space from WeWork (38 Holborn London EC1N 2SW).
